Huey von Hulben is a stunning, 5-6 month old, sable German Shepherd who likes to play with the family cat and hang out with  the 2 resident shepherds.  Housetrained, he has a medium-energy level, is a great passenger in the car and acts like a gentleman when he accompanies his foster parents to a patio restaurant.  Independent Huey has a mind of his own and can be persistent when he wants something, but he responds well to verbal corrections.  Good on leash, he is learning basic commands like “sit” and “leave it.  Like any young pup, he needs supervision to assure that he doesn’t get into too much mischief.  Like a good boy, he will bark when someone rings your doorbell but generally likes people. He is fine left alone in the company of his fur siblings and wants to be with another dog in his forever home.
